Meetings

Annual general body meetings shall be conducted once in every year in the month of June\July .
The Executive Committee meeting shall be conducted once in 6 months.
The Governing body meetings shall be once in 3 months .
All meetings shall be convened by the secretary and president as the chairman.
The president shall call for a general body meeting within a period of 3 weeks on receipt of the requisition signed by 1/6 of the total strength of the general body members .If he fails to do that any member of the office bearers after giving 3 weeks notice shall call for such meetings.
Notice of the meetings shall be sent by post under certificate of posting/message to the member 10 days prior to the meeting. Any emergency meeting should be called within 48 hours by circulating the meeting should be called within 48 hours by circulating the notice\sending the message .For the election meeting there must be 2 weeks clear notice.
Quorum shall be maintained in the meetings as per the rules.
