ART:2 DISQUALIFICATION OF A MEMBER

 

  • If the member is of unsound mind,
  • If the member is in arrears of subscription continuously for three years.
  • If the member behavior is detrimental to the samithi.
  • If the member indulges in any activity which prejudices or injuroius to the interest of the samithi.
  • The right to disqualify or cease the membership of any member is vested with the executive committee of the Samithi with consent of majority members of the executive committee.
